eegee's pastrami sandwich was ready to launch and my copywriter Samy Lowy and I were tasked with coming up with the campaign. After sitting down and concepting we came up with eegee's number one fan, a fan who is crazy about eegee's and is the most excited about eegee's new pastrami sandwich. Since eegee's (at the time) was only in Tucson it was Tucson's valued gem, so we decided to personify the peoples love for eegee's into our wonderful hero Kyle.

Every year eegee's releases the fan favorites all in a combo. My copywriter Sam Lowy and I had to come up with a new way to showcase this meal since the last few years they had been going with "The Greatest Hits." To keep it in the music genre we decided to make the spot and print "Now" inspired, we even came up with short songs for each segment. I storyboarded and made each set with the help of my team.

eegee's was ready to introduce the option to toast your sandwich and wanted a print and TV spot that would convey this in a funny and witty form. My copywriter (Michelle Wardle) and I came up with a funny twist on the word "Toasted" and made a That's 70's Show inspired spot with print to match.
